Volodymyr Yelchenko transmitted an original Instrument of ratification by Ukraine of the Protocol on Pollutant Release and Transfer Registers

Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the United Nations transmitted an original Instrument of ratification by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Protocol on Pollutant Release and Transfer Registers to the Convention on Access to Information, Public Participation in Decision-Making and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters adopted on 21 May 2003 in Kyiv at an extraordinary meeting of the Parties to the Aarhus Convention.

The Protocol will enter into force for Ukraine on 31 July 2016.
