The Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the UN, Ambassador Volodymyr Yelchenko sent a letter to UN Secretary-General and UN Security Council President regarding the Russian president's null and void “decision" of July 28, 2016 on inclusion of temporarily occupied Crimea into Southern Federal District of the Russian Federation.
